Capital Bolig
Welcome to Capital Bolig
Capital Bolig helps you find your next home in some of Copenhagen’s most charming and historic properties. We rent out unique residences that combine modern comfort with the buildings’ original architecture and distinctive character.
A part of Capital Investment
Capital Bolig is part of Capital Investment A/S. Capital Investment manages properties on behalf of some of Denmark’s largest pension funds and foreign institutional investors. This means that we do not own the apartments we rent out. We represent the owner, follow their regulations, and are responsible for the property and the apartments while you live there. Our residences are rented out without time limitations because we – together with our investors – aim to create long-term homes for our residents.

Rental process and availability
As the majority of our properties are owned by some of Denmark’s largest pension funds, they operate with their own internal waiting lists. If you have your pension with one of them, the easiest way to get a residence is to sign up on the pension fund’s waiting list.
If you are not a pension customer with any of our investors, you can benefit from signing up for our customer registry here on the website. Our customer registry ensures that you are notified when an apartment matching your housing preferences becomes available for rent. We will send you an email with the housing specifications and invite you to the open house. At the open house, the designated Rental Manager will have a flyer explaining the next steps in the application process for the apartment.
